1. What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer two sizes:

  • S/M: Perfect for AU sizes 4-10
  • M/L: Fits AU sizes 12-16
    Our designs are created with a relaxed, comfortable fit. For reference, I’m 8 months pregnant and comfortably fit in the S/M linen dress collection.

2. What materials are your pieces made from?
We use only 100% natural fabrics, including linen and cotton, to ensure comfort, breathability, and quality. These materials are perfect for sensitive skin and ideal for all-day wear, whether you’re lounging at home or getting ready for bed.

3. How do I care for my Dear You sleepwear?
Our natural-fiber garments love gentle care! We recommend:

  • Cold machine wash on a delicate cycle.
  • Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach.
  • Line dry in the shade to keep colours vibrant. Your pieces are made to last, so a little extra love will go a long way.

4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do! We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over AU$100. For orders under this amount, standard shipping rates will apply at checkout.

5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Absolutely! If you’re not 100% in love with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed. Exchanges are available for size differences only (subject to stock availability). For more details, check our Returns Policy.

6. How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping option selected:

  • Standard shipping: 3-8 business days within Australia.
  • Express shipping: 1-4 business days.

7. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey from our warehouse to your door.

8. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within Australia, but we’re working on expanding to more regions soon! Stay tuned for updates by joining our mailing list.

9. Do you sell matching outfits for Jellycat bunnies?
Yes! We adore Jellycat bunnies, and we’ve created matching outfits for your bunny and you! These are available in several of our signature patterns like Rose Garden and Linen Whisper.
